The Light Up Your Mind-Session combines solution-focused brief therapy and intuitive energy healing. The 1,5 h session helps you relax, find new energy and identify your strengths and resources so that you can create space for your true self and your own kind of life.

Authenticity, holistic listening and equal interaction are important principles for me. I am present for you and want to help you towards inner peace, holistic well-being and ease.

I’m pleased to serve you in Finnish, English and German.

You can also choose therapy or energy healing alone. In this case, the duration is 45 minutes.

My calling is to help especially sensitive people move towards their true selves and find a deeper state of consciousness, light and harmony. My calm nature, sensitivity and ability to listen to you enable me to help you bring out your unique light. It is natural for me to see life's challenges as opportunities to learn and develop as a person.

I have come a long way from completely losing myself towards finding my authentic self. I have learned to appreciate my sensitivity and create my own kind of life instead of trying to fit in.

Some of my key insights along the way:

1. Fatigue has taught me to listen to my body and live at my own pace, focusing on the things that truly serve me.

2. Through anxiety, I have been able to move towards a deeper state of inner peace that remains regardless of external factors. I have learned patience and trust in life: things happen in their own time, in their own way.

3. My constant striving and busyness have been replaced by more presence and joy of life. I don't have to be anything. I can just be myself and that is enough.

4. I have understood that life is not that serious. We humans just tend to take things too seriously. Acceptance, humor and play have helped me find lightness in my life.
