In the 90-minute Light Up Your Mind-Session, we choose the right combination of solution-focused brief therapy and intuitive energy healing for you. We can also include a short intuitive meditation in the therapy part. The session helps you relax, find new energy and identify your strengths and resources so that you can create space for your true self and your own kind of life. I help you to see your inner light and uniqueness and find trust in life. ❤️

The methods support each other excellently. Problems at the emotional and mental level are often stored in the body, so it is important to pay attention to the physical and energetic side as well when working on them. New perspectives and practices discovered in therapy are strengthened by activating the body's energy streams and opening blockages. Solution-focused brief therapy

In solution-focused brief therapy, we focus on building solutions through your strengths and resources. I help you find new perspectives and possibilities in different life situations. The focus is on the present moment and the desired future, and instead of focusing on problems and their causes, we focus on goals and ways to achieve them.

In solution-focused therapy, the therapist and the client are in an equal position, and you are the expert of your own life. Everyone has the keys to change inside them, and we look for these keys together. A positive attitude and hope are important principles in therapy, and life's challenges are seen as opportunities.

Intuitive energy healing

Energy healing is a holistic form of treatment that works at the level of the body, emotions and mind. Energy is needed for all physical and mental functions, and you feel well when energy flows freely. The body's energy streams can become blocked, for example through stress or unprocessed emotions, which can lead to a variety of physical and mental issues.

I channel the energy to you through my hands to relax the autonomic nervous system, activate the body's energy streams and open blockages. This allows the healing processes of your body to be activated. Energy healingis a safe and gentle form of treatment that your body receives in its own way.

In intuitive energy healing, you receive what you most need at that moment. I channel the energy according to my higher guidance, and each session is different. I use essential oils to support the treatment.

Intuitive meditation

I guide the meditation based on my intuition, focusing on the things that serve you right now. We take a pause to focus on ourselves and make space in different areas of the body and mind. You receive the energy that you need right now along with supportive messages that help you in your current situation.

Grounding and calming down are an important part of the meditation. In a state of peace, we open up to the flow of life and our vision becomes clearer. Creativity is unleashed when we slow down and take time for ourselves. The keys to change are often found in a state of peace.
